課程背景
1912年,熊彼得出版了它的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)巨著《經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論》,他首先提出了一個理論:經(jīng)濟(jì)本身并不會發(fā)展。他說:“我們應(yīng)當(dāng)說,并沒有經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不是可以從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面來解釋的現(xiàn)象;而經(jīng)濟(jì)——在其本身并沒有發(fā)展——是被周圍世界中的變化在拖著走;為此,發(fā)展的原因,必須在經(jīng)濟(jì)理論所描述的一類事實之外去尋找。”
這個經(jīng)濟(jì)之外的東西,就是創(chuàng)新。沒有創(chuàng)新,就沒有經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
每個時期的社會發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新了,就帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,一輪創(chuàng)新紅利結(jié)束了,經(jīng)濟(jì)就停滯了,達(dá)到均衡,循環(huán)流轉(zhuǎn),再去等待下一輪創(chuàng)新。
越來越多的企業(yè)意識到,創(chuàng)新才是企業(yè)活力之源泉,唯有持續(xù)地、全面地創(chuàng)新與變革,才能使企業(yè)不斷適應(yīng)環(huán)境的變化需求,并形成持久的核心競爭力。
