●The Strategic Management Flow Chart Process and each element and why the basic elements are interconnected, especially why vision and mission are so important in the strategic management process as a foundation and why it is so difficult to build a good vision and mission that all stake holders will share whole heartedly for long time and how do we use them to deal with constant changes through time.
●Key Elements and Terms in Strategic Management and the examples of successes and failures
●Basic Components of Vision and Mission Statements and why it is so challenging to provide them to an organization
●Complete Basic Internal and External Assessment and use the BCG analysis for real life problems, especially your own life stories
●Develop and Assess their own Strategy Management Style and Method in students’ own companies or own lives, especially the vision and mission as foundations.
